It appears from the NSE and BSE trends that share market will remain
upbeat thsi fiscal. Market pundits are forecasting various level for
Stock market. Some say NSE will go beyond 7000 and some say it will
tough 7500..and so forth. FII now turned toward Midcap sectors and start
accumulating shares in mid cap too. the scenario may lead to the
situation of 2000 and of 2005-6. When benign investors , particularly
small investors start blindly follow the market. They start investing
in scrips that are illiquid and about will tips and rumors are in
market. FIIs are king of market. Wherever they invest, prices shoot up.
The same scenario were there in the earlier said years.
Now the atmosphere and situation of the market appears the same. As a shrewd invester, I will be very choosy about the investment. Never run through the rumors and never invest on tips and advice. FIIs are fair weather friends and will book profit heavily when they are not comfortable with any company. FIIs are not fool they are here to make profit and not to amuse local investors.
One analyst has aptly said there are two rules of Share Market every Investor has to follow (1) We are here to make profit in the market. (2) Never forget rule no. 1. Though theoretically it appears very simple, but practically it is very difficult to follow. Rule no.1. does not clarify how much profit investor has to make ? There is no limit for temptation. And rumors in markets every days gives new target in bull period. That does not allow any investor to book profit. More profit and higher profit expectations lead toward dead end. Again market get tumbled as always happened and then seldom give chance to exit as prices go down by circuit of 5 to 10 percentage. Then again , the same story repeat , repent and dejection from all sides. So be shroud and invest in shares that are of good quality. Invest in shares that has at least 10 years of listing and good dividend records. Invest in company that has good management. Do not act on rumors and never act on short term.
If you need any help or any advice go to experts ( of course they will charge a fee ). If you donot want to pay any fee go for mutual funds that has good track records. Be safe and always protect your capital. Do not invest sector wise but invest on performance of company.
Need any advice . ME HU NA YAAR......!! HAPPY INVESTING.
