If any one compare developed countries and underdeveloped countries, one will find the striking difference is implementation of law. Developed countries are developed as the people of the countries are law abiding and all are equal in eyes of law( No body is above law). While in developing c...ountries like India , there are different implementation and interpretation of law. For VIP law will have different verdict and for common person different standard. The news of 40% out of jail of Sanjay Datt is also latest example to cite here. Law can be misused and can be titled by money power or muscle power. Raj Thakkare is another example to cite here. For him law is silent. Most of our MP and MLA are having criminal back ground. All political parties always issue statement " We have full faith in law and we never interfere in the judicial matter. But the fact is reserve. They have faith in that set of law which can be twisted in their favor. Lalu Prashad Yadav is out of jail and still runs his party. Though convicted still at large he is.
Where common man can approach for justice ?????? A million dollar question it is ..

Two News in today's news paper.

1. RBI Governor Shri. Raghuram has asked banks to allow Banks ATM to withdraw money from ATM even if the with drawer is not account holder. This will be possible due to Mobile technology. 

2. Smart phones and Tablets sell increased by more then 50% while PC market is declining.

Now a days mobile is not only instrument to communicate but it is a machine that keep you in tough with the world and it is an e-library, shopping mall,Bank account and money lender and what not ....!!!!!!!! It Mobile and smartphone and tablets are instruments packed with so many facilities that keep one abreast with latest technology ,knowledge, news and what not .....!!!!!!!

Why I am writing these all ???? Simply because if we do not know how to operate such instruments then we are treated as illiterate. Latest smart phone and tablets make you more powerful and more knowledgeable. The use of technology will make all transactions paper less and environmentally friendly. Use of technology will also reduce corruption and system will be more transparent.A student with no such instruments and technology will be considered of no use in near future. Indian IT industry is booming with so many projects that will emphasis the use of such technology and will create millions of job for young generation. In short we are hindering our students development if not encouraging use of such gadgets.

Now come to fact, at universities and colleges we do not allow use of mobiles and nabbed the instruments and ask to pay penalties for releasing such mobile. In some colleges one will see Notice Boards, on the main door mentioning not to use mobile in the campus. Thus demotivating and discouraging use of instruments and thus reducing chances of creating prominent jobs , for which university and colleges are made for.

More ironical is this , as at all commerce colleges , we are teaching Banking and Share Market and Mutual funds. Here use of such technology and up breast news can earn enormous profits or can reduce losses. We force our students to abstain from all these and make them handicapped by discouraging use of tablets and phones. Colleges and universities should teach the subjects that can give more jobs and create more advanced syllabus. But fact is different.

I know that many of us ( from teaching community) will severely criticize me but if we take this issue without bias all of us will agree that we are committing blunder by banning instruments in campus. The fact is that we our self do not match with latest technology. How we can criticize any one without knowing it ???????

BANANA DEMOCRACY

Indian people and their mentality is doubtful and not fit for democracy. The political parties are coming up with different destructive ideas that are not going to help us at all. Today AAP has declared that Delhi Govt, will help to people those who have not paid their electricity bills from Octobe-13 onward and the bills will be reduced by 50%. Maharashtra Congress leader has also asked to reduce the bill by 50% to Congress Govt.

Again now MNS come up with idea not to pay toll tax on tall booth. Arrested leader Raj Thakre has been released and was invited for dialogue..!!!!!! 

Free water up to 700 liters daily to citizens of Delhi will be distributed. 

Now Free water, roads and electricity is distributed tomorrow free food and free train travel will be demanded. Dose it make any sense??? 
Where we are leading ???
Do we behave as a responsible citizen of a country ??
All such parties are lead by ruffians and so cold mafias. Can we tolerate them any more ???

In this Parliament election do vote for a party that care for Country and for its responsible citizen. Not to the parties who are throwing away tax paid by people for their selfish political motives. GN.

Brand India

PONDER UPON IT............. BRAND INDIA ..... NOT HELPING INDIA DEVELOPMENT..... India born SATYA Nadella is new CEO of Microsoft. We have been learnt this from news that Indians are very efficient and hard working people in all most all areas and specially in IT industry. In all big IT companies Indians are in large numbers. All MNCs accept importance of Indian. Why I am writing this is to feel that as Indians we failed to sustain and develop Human Resource within India. If Indian can make other companies efficient and posting huge profit ( also pay taxes to original country) and develop that country , why in India we are unable to sustain their potentiality ? Is it due to corruption ? slow policy making decision ? No environment to grow ? Or very liquid political scenario ? Whatever the reasons may be but fact is that brain drain has make India extremely poor. Let us move one step ahead. We have TCS, INFOSYS, WIPRO, HCL Tech. and many other Indian Companies ,but none of them are as respectable and competitive as Microsoft, Google, IBM etc. We have to look within us for the faults and rectify that before giving external reasons for our downfall....

Reservation policy-A death nail in Congress Party's Coffin

Congress has not backed the statement given by Its senior leader Shri. Janardan Dwivedi who urged Rahul Gandhi to end the reservation quota on basis of Caste and to introduce the quota on basis of economical standard.Now the official statement of Congress has made its leader to eat his words. Shri Dwivedi was right and was favoring justice to all castes.

But congress - A party that ruled the Country for 50 years , always come in power on basis of discrimination. The party has always pamper Muslims, SC , ST and never allowed them to come to power with their potentialities. Instead the party came with different ideas, do not allow these caste to develop and use them as vote bank. The result of that has come that all castes now joined in race to get minority status. Let it be JAT, or other developed caste. The minority status given to Jain will also lead toward another seed of separation among Hindu Community. Thus congress has accepted the policy that was promptly used by British before independence. 

A reserved category , MP or MLA and has tremendous political and economical power-his family can get all advantages of reservations while a Bharamin/ Jat/ Bania/Patel who belongs to upper caste but economically very poor has to compete with open class. What a vagarious situation is this ?? Where is justice here ?? Not only this reserved candidate who get qualified marks which put him in gereral quota then he will not be considered as reserved candidate, though he might have applied for the categories to which he/she belongs. In promotions also reserved categories are given promotion overlooking efficiency bar/ standard. When it come to transfer, their also reservation candidates have first choice to select or reject the transfer. All types of protection given to reservation categories to make them weak mentally and to think that they are on top due to reservation policy. That indication and thought ,make them insecure and always think against general caste. Such thoughts again give huge vote bank to Congress. Thus reserved categories remained poor decade after decade and became vote bank of Congress. We shall Watch Nehru, Indra, Rajiv, Rahul and other congress leaders to perform folk dance with reserved categories in all documentaries released by Govt. Just to show that PM and congress belong to them. 

Congress found the policy of reservation very suitable for decade and it runs on that, till it find regional parties who run away from it with baton of reservation policy i.e. SP . BSP , RJD etc... Gradually election after election, congress loosed its controlled over all states and with support of such regional parties come on power. This policy has made Congress further weak. Shir. Janardhan Dwivedi has also quipped somewhere - Congress has committed blunder by accepting 2009 UPA govt. leadership. Any experiment should be done one or twice and not permanent. But congress has ruled the country so many decades,how it can remain out of power ????

A policy that is not based on natural justice cannot be sustain for long. That will be eventually with reservation policy too. When it come to performance, no such reservation should be allowed. Instead give training and education to make such weaker section to improve themselves.

UPA govt. has also tried to introduce the same policy in corporate sector. But the sector did not accepted congress Party's such bogus idea. Otherwise tax milking corporate sector would have become sick till now and all foreign MNC who'd have been ruling India. 

This is the right time to think about the idea given by Janardan Dwivedi. Let justice prevail and all people should be having equal chance to compete. Otherwise even if GOD come down on earth and preach and perform for congress that will not happened.

In election of 2014 who will win I am not sure , but congress will loss badly that much I am sure....

When we say these words to anyone it means , we love him/her unconditionally as it is. We love Strengths, limitations ,joy, sorrow,happiness and sadness of the individual. When love somebody means we are mingled into that individual. Identity will become one. But fact is different. We love to beauty,prosperity,assets and all materials things belong to person. We love with many conditions.Here comes the difference at a time of adversities when conditions are not fulfilled. And that create chasm between a couple and eventually result in divorce.
