JNU PROTEST AND REPERCUSSIONS

દેશ ભક્તિ આજકાલ સુત્રોચારસુધી સીમિત થઇગઈ છે. બધાજ રાજકીય પક્ષો દેશભક્તિ ના સર્ટીફીકેટ વિતરણ કરવા નીકળીહોય તેવું ભાસેછે. JNU માં જેથયું તે અત્યંત ખેદજનક છે. દેશવિરોધી તત્વો ને ક્યારેય માફ ના કરવા જોઈએ..કોઈ પણ એકજ્ઞાતિ/ધર્મ ને બદનામ કરવું પણયોગ્ય નથી..આવી પરીસ્થિતિ આવે ત્યારે આખી કોમે એક થઇ ને આવા દેશ ના ગદ્દારો ને ખુલા પાડવા જોઈએ..

JNU ના વિદ્યાર્થી નેતા ખાલીદે દેશવિરોધી નારા લગાવેલ છે..તે મેડિયા માં આવી ને ચર્ચા કરે અને તેની ધરપકડ ના થઇ શકે , આ તે કેવી નફ્ફટાઈ છે..આવા સમયે રાષ્ટ્રવાદી મુસ્લિમો એ એકજૂટ થઇ ને તેનો વિરોધ કરવો જોઈએ નહિ કે ચુપરહી ને આ ગુંડાઓ ને પ્રોત્સાહન આપવુંજોઈએ..મુસ્લિમ સમાજે એ વિચારવું જોઈએ કે વિશ્વ ના એકપણ મુસ્લિમ રાષ્ટ્ર માં શાંતિ નથી.(.૧૦૦% મુસ્લિમો હોયત્યાંપણ)..

ISIS દ્વારા થતી હત્યા માં મુસ્લિમો જવધારે છે..પાકિસ્તાન માં થતી , સીરિયા, ઈરાંક, ઈરાન, અફઘાનિસ્તાન બધેજ હત્યાઓ માં કોની હત્યા થાય છે તે સમજવું જોઈએ..

ભારત ના મુસ્લિમોએ પ્રગ્તીસિલ બની આવા નાપાક તત્વો જે આખી કોમ નોઠેકો લઇને બેઠા છે તેમને પાઠ ભણાવવો જોઈએ..આવા ઘણા મુસ્લિમ બિરાદરો છે પણતેમની સંખ્યા ખુબજ ઓછી છે..
કર્શ્મીર માં પંડિતો નીહત્યા કરીને તેમને તેમના દેશ માં જ મુહાજીર બનાવી દેવા , તે આજ દેશ માં શકાય બને..ત્યારે પણ દેશ નીમુસ્લિમ કોમ ચુપરહી. જોત્યારે આ બનાવોની મુસ્લિમસમાજ દ્વારા ભાર્તાસના કરવા માંઆવી હોત તો કાશ્મીર ની IDENDTITY રહી હોત. આજે કાશ્મીર માં આતંકવાદીઓ ની આટલી પકડ ના હોત.

હવે વક્ત આવી ગયો છે કે આપણે બધા એકથઇ ને એક જ કાયદા તળે જીવીએ. પ્રથમ
ભારતીય બનીએ અને પછી હિંદુકેમુસ્લિમકે શીખ બનીએ..મોટા પગલાઓ લેવા નીઆપની સરકાર ને સમર્થન આપીએ..કાશ્મીર માં ૩૭૦ નીકલમ નેનાબુદી માટે જેહાદ ચલાવીએ..કાશીમીર એ ભારતીય કુટુંબ માં એવુંબાળક બનીગયું છે જે તોફાની બની નેદેશ ને નુકશાન પહોચાડી રહ્યું છે..પાકિસ્તાન ને કાશ્મીર જોઈએ છે , પણPOK માં તેમણે શો વિકાસ કર્યો છે તેઆપણે જાણીએ. બલુંચીસ્તાન માંથતી હત્યાઓ પણ આપણે સમાચાર માં જોઈએ છીએ..કાશ્મીર માંવિકાસ થાય તો કાશ્મીરીલોકો ભારત પ્રત્યે સહાનુભુતિ ધરાવે , તેવું નાથાય એટલે કાશ્મીર માં ધર્મ ના નામે જેર લોકોને પીરસવા માં આવે છે. કાશ્મીર ના ઉદાહરણ પરથી આપણે એટલુંજાણીએ કે સાથેછીએ તો આપણે છીએ , નહિ તો અલ્લાહ કે ભગવાન કોઈપણ આપણને બચાવી શકશે નહિ...

બંગાળ માંજે કોમી તોફાનો થયા તેની પાછળ કોણ છે તેબધા જાણે છે તેમ છતા ત્યાં નીસરકારે તેમને છઅવાર્યા છે..તો પ્રગતીશીલ મુસ્લિમો ચુપરહ્યા છે..જો આબાબતે વિચારીએ તો મારનાર ગરીબ લોકો હોયછે..તેઓ હિંદુકે મુસ્લિમ પછી હોય છે પહેલા ગરીબ હોયછે ..તેવી જરીતે UP જે એખલાખ ની હત્યાં થઇ તે પણ દુખ આપનારી છે..અહી દરેક કોમે શીખો નું ઉદાહરણ લેવું રહયુ. ૧૯૮૪ માં તેમની સાથે જે થયું તે આખો દેશ જાણેછે. પણ તેઓ એ પણ એભુલાવી ને રાષ્ટ્ર માટે એક થયા છે.

દેશ ને એક બહુમતી વાળી સરકાર ૨૦વર્ષ પછી મળી છે..તેના હાથ માંહાથ નાખી ને વિકાસ નોમાર્ગ લઈએ...બાકી બધી રાજકીય પક્ષો ને વિરોધ પક્ષ ની રચનાત્મક ભૂમિકા ભજવાવા આપણે મજબૂર કરીએ..

પહેલા ભારતીય બનીએ ત્યારપછી ધર્મ. હુંતો એમકહીશ પહેલા કર્મ પછી ધર્મ..(કર્મ એજ ધર્મ )
ભગવાન/ અલાહ આપણે સૌને સધ્બુધી આપેઅને આપણે શાસ્ત્રનિર્માણ માં કાર્યરત રહીએ એવી અદમ્ય ઈચ્છા.

PONDER UPON IT-Blasts in Peris

The blasts is PARIS-France has been criticized by all countries and their leaders. But Muslim Countries" leaders have not publicly criticized still. Be it Pakistan , Bangladesh, Saudi Arabia , etc.
Where is Owaisi (and other Muslim fanatics )? He was self claimed champion of secularism ? Where is he ? Where is Imam of Delhi ? Where are the leaders of Kashmir ? None of them has condemn the attack. Why so ? All of them have put on overcoat of Secularism. But... they are afraid of condemning such brutal attack on Humanity...!!!!

Such Camouflaged so called secular leaders must be condemned by Indian Muslims to show these religious rascals- Muslim leaders - that Muslim community now do not follow them blindly.
Such stand must be adopted for Hindu fanatics too. All Hindus must condemn venom vomits of such leaders. As Indian we must see that we remain united and such forces-ISIS-ISI - and other forces must not found roots in India as they have fasten their roots in Europe and other Muslim countries

Reliance Industries Ltd. Result of second quarter- 2015 ( September quarter)

PONDER UPON IT..

Reliance Industries Ltd. has declared fantastic result. Profit for the quarter is Rs. 6561 Crores. if we assume result in the same line for next two quarter ,the profit will rise to Rs. 26244 crores. If we divide it by 365 days it will give net profit of Rs 71.90 crores daily . if we divide it by 24 it will give hourly net profit Rs. 2.99 crores.

Even after earning such a huge profit , it has skipped the dividend. Reliance is investing lakhs of crores in projects but only paying little dividend to its share holders. Share holders are interested to get cash dividend or good appreciation of shares in the market. Here on both criterion RIL has failed. A study carried out before by one analyst says that Reliance has give 18% return annually from its inception. The weight age RIL carry is high and is equally comparable with INFY / TCS / HUL, MARUTI/ Dr. REDDY / SUN PHARMA and so forth.

If any one compare appreciation of share prices in market of these shares one will find these all are far better then RIL. Though their performance is equal to or near to RIL's performance.The investor who has been loyal to RIL and never sold the shares of the company has been poorly benefited.

Share holders are interested in appreciation of their investment and invest in shares to make their future better. In my opinion , reliance has failed to fulfill expectation of share holders...

PONDER UPON IT- Why Indian Oppose any Pakistani Performer in India

In last week SHIV SENA did not allowed a concert of a Pakistain GAZAL singer- Janab Gulam Ali. Who sang many songs for Hindi films before and is more popular in India then in his own country.

We all know that, this is a serious issue and as a mature citizen we should condemn this. But the fact - we have to consider is - we never allowed Pakistani Cricketers in IPL or Indian Hokey league. Perhaps that is true even in Foot ball league too.

If there is such hues ad cries for Gulam Ali , why we did not take same stance for other sports activities ? Reason behind these all protests is , their income ..!!! whatever, they earn form Indian performance, that will go to Pakistan. These all people will pay tax to Pakistani Government out of their earnings. That tax will be utilized by Pakistani Government either for Pakistani Military,ISI or helping out the terrorist outfits. There all agencies are working against India and Indians.

Though we have all respect for Janab Gulam Ali and we are KAYAK( slave) of his magic voice But , if he wishes to sing in India , offer him Indian Citizen ship. If he accept it then we all will appreciate him. But not at cost of lives of Indians who are fighting proxy was on border with terrorist and killed by them now and then.Pakistani Army and ISI both are supporting these all activities.

BIHAR ELECTION - 2015

Mohan Bagvat's remark to reconsider Reservation policy has given a suicidal issue to NITISH AND LALU.Though congress has given very rational comment and reflections on the issue. But Nitish and Lalu's reaction is very irrational and biased toward back ward classes. Both are running for shelter as they donot have any issue to counter the BJP.
While BJP talked about the DEVELOPMENT and PROJECTS to be initiated in BIhar, LALU and NITISH talked about reservation and quots. LALU went to that extent -MA KA DUDH PIYA HO TO RESERVATION DOOR KARKE DIKHAO. Such languages and phrases are used by RUFFIANS and ROAD ROMIO.Though LALU has no such ingredients to be accepted as national leader by any standard.Nitish has some what strength and vision that will be drawn as his party has shake hands with RJD.

By talking about Reservation in such angry expression, lalu has given indication that he is not ready to take any lesson from earlier defeat. A national leader, who has no confidence and trust on any party member and ask his wife ( who has no vision and no idea to run a state expect to add 9 to 11 issues to the poor state of Bihar). LALU CAN NOT TRUST ON HIS OWN PARTY MEN, HOW HE CAN TRUST ON NITISH ???? On the contrary NITISH failed to choose his predecessor and played caste card to show that his is very near to AATI PICCHADA log and choose MANJI.(After that the film played on political screen , we all know)
Congress, is in corner and silently doing its work. The party is in dilemma. IT has no other option then to tie with LALU and NITISH.
I can read clearly on wall that this time - BATTLE OF BIHAR WILL BE WON BY BJP WITH CLEAR MAJORITY.
If my this prediction will come true. Then another inpact will be LALU and his party will be washed and his political career will be finished in 2015. I clearly see that the way mayavati is ruined in UP (have not a single seat in Parliament) , LAlu will follow the same way.

Aurangzeb has given way to Dr. Abdul Kalam.

Who is greater is debatable issue. But our history( if correct ), depicts Auranzeb as tyrant. While Abdul kalam has lived tremendous impression on young Indians. All say we have to live in present. The near present is ABdul Kalam. We have seen him and experienced his work and behavior. We have seen India weeping and crying on demise of Abdul Kalam. He was hero for all India.
On the contrary Aurangzeb has raised TAX ZAZIA on Hindu and demolish many temples of Hindu. Thus clearly for us Dr. KALAM is our Hero.

Secondly , when there are two Kings set with enmity with each other and someone has to choose one out of them as their idol, then also we have to accept one and reject the other. I ma talking about MARATHA KING SHIVAJI RAJE AND AURANZEB. Clearly all Indians will respect SHIVAJI as their Hero , as he has protected his kingdom and served his people.

Secondly the king had killed GurU Tegbaahdur ( 9th sikh Guru) for not accepting Islam and tourchered sikhs for not accepting Islam. Even 10th Guru -Guru Govindji's sons were cemented live in wall by Aurangzeb. How can he be hero for a secular state like India ?

Why there is so much hue and cry , if name of a Road is changed ? If a mistake is rectified there is nothing wrong in that. AAP Govt. needs all praises for the same. But , such step should not be taken on basis of Religion.

The question is, Had there been some Hindu's name then AAP would not have dared to changed the Road 's name..Means there must not be religious tag to such act but service to nation must come first.

Reservation Policy in Recruitment – Some Issues. Prin. S. P. Sharma

In recent times, it has become fashion to declare and demand caste backward by people, who belong to the caste. This is to avail reservation seats in recruitments in Government Services and admission in prestigious institutions. Such demand has been raised by some casts, which were considered as forward castes. Forward castes are the castes that are economically sound, and enjoy high respect and social status. By late, it has been found that such forward castes are also demanding some percentages in reservation. The argument is that status and economical condition cannot remain same forever. Thus so cold forward castes can become backward in comparison to back ward classes –that have been enjoying reservation for decades.

Reservation is a kind of medicine and medicine is prescribed for a period. The section of society that is given reservation must be given for a fixed period. After that period the policy must be reviewed. In fact, there is no provision of review of the policy after a regular period. Thus the policy of continuation for political advantages and the implications of that have raised impatience in the castes that are paying the costs for such policy. They argue that after 50 years enjoying the benefits of reservation policy , if still the reserved castes consider themselves as backward, then it raised big question mark about its credence..!!.

Secondly, due to reserved castes, lower standard for qualifying in services and in admission in prestigious institutions, the advanced castes have to pay the cost. After 50 years of advantages, if the social equilibrium is not attained then it needed review.  A nation can remain strong and united and skewed toward development, only if equal opportunities are given to all. Otherwise the system will become corrupt and inefficient. That is what common man is experiencing. Eventually that will lead to civil war. In globalization age only that country will lead that has best and trained human force. The reservation policy is hindrance in the way of development. That is what the agitators feel.

Thirdly, If such excess advantages are given to some castes and others will refrain from that, then a day will arrive at, where the benefited classes will advanced and the non-benefited classes will become backward. In any situation, medicine and reservation cannot be continued forever. And a regular review is must for all castes against the standards set by government to qualifying for the benefits. The entry and exit both should be possible for all castes on unbiased way.

Fourthly, if reservation is extended for more than 50 years on the name of backward castes, after such a long period, at least some section of the caste must have attained standard equal or better then the forward classes. Those who have already enjoyed benefits once and are on record they must be eliminated from back ward classes.

Fifth SC/ST/OBCs have double advantages with themselves, as they can compete in open quota, along with, their castes quota. Thus unreserved castes feel cheated and frustrated.

Sixth, it is gross injustice to unreserved classes to see that MLAs, MPs, IASs, Ministers, Governors, Universities’ Vice Chancellors, Principals’ and professors’, Bank Officers’ and children enjoy benefits of reservation. From which standard they are backward?  Not only that their promotion and transfer criterion are also lenient..!!! 

There must be a water tight system that is unbiased and based on full proof data, which decide about the backward and forward castes based on economical data on regular basis for all people/ castes (i. e. after every five years). All castes should be analyzed and then such reservation policy should be applied based on the data. The authority that carries such functions should be free from all political parties’ influences (such as Election Commission). IT companies should be given the job to prepare such software that give impeccable data. IF anyone gives faulty detail he/she must be severely punished.

Finally, in 60 years after Second World War, Japan, Israel, china, Singapore etc Nations have built their countries strong and their Nationality feeling in stronger among citizen. If these Nations can build their National character, why India is lacking that National feeling? One of the reasons is the different standards for different people based on castes and creeds. In fact in India elections are won on basis of castes and candidates are selected on the same criteria. That is enough evidence, that either the system is faulty or the political parties are using such castes for political purpose by throwing a loaf of reservation to such classes?

Conslusion:

A strong nationality can be built and survived only when equal opportunities are given to its all sections of citizen. if reservation policy is applied, it must be applied to all people without any biased of castes, based on some uniform criterion i. e. economical. The argument that some castes are forward, economically strong and hence not eligible for reservation is wrong. It means that, those castes that averagely perform better are denied of reservation. Means we are punishing those who are progressive and striving hard to scale new heights in performance every time.  What motivation will remain for them to perform better? In fact there is a race among castes in India to declare themselves backward..!!!!!!. In this globalization age only that Countries will survive, that remain ahead in Development.

Present reservation policy will create bumps on the way of development and slower the progress of people. It is duty of Center and State Governments to give serious look to the present policies of reservations and amend that on equitable ground. Otherwise there will be agitations and counter agitations among castes and that will damage the image of India internally and globally..
