Progress of USA is based on the treatment of equality for all. NO MINORITY STATUS NO RESERVATION, NO SPECIAL STATUS. Competition will give the edge that will make any individual to compete at the top. Perhaps because of that in USA black people are enjoying all respect that other white and local people are enjoying in USA. That is why USA is known as DADA of all countries.

In India , All parties are searching ideas to declare castes as minority and back ward class. For example if any party will offer minority status to Bhramin, Baniya or Patel community guess what will be the response ??? Probably accepting the offer gleefully. People are ready to get tag of backwardness and minority with proud.

In fact that is the difference between India and USA. For political gain, Indian political parties will accept any such activity that will give political millage over political rivals, let it be not in National Interest..!!! For instance , Farmers and workers loans are waived by State Govt. or Central Govt. ( think about the farmers or workers who have paid their loan sincerely and regularly. They will feel punished for their honesty. Next time even they will not pay their loan and wait for such elections. Thus we are creating a society of dishonest people and thus it become Nation...!!!! Now these people will choose their representatives ??? Do you think they will be honest with their job and put national interest first before all other regional interest ???? All parties are to be blamed for such political moves.

Jaswantsinh ( BADMER independent candidate- ex- BJP Defence Minister) flew to Kandhar ( Afghanistan) to handover extremists back to save lives of passengers of the plane. And aftermath thousands of people were killed by the same group which was gifted by NDA govt. then. Congress Party was equally responsible for not opposing the move. OUR NATIONAL PRIDE HAS DIED LONG BEFORE. Think of Isrial or USA. how they have reacted ???

I am surprised even after 60 years of Independence, we are unable to provide potable water and two time meal to our people and that is still part of MANIFESTO in our political parties ..!!! In 2014 parties are showing in their advertisements that poor RIXO PULLER and poor ladies and labors are working on ground. Other parties are mentioning security for ladies and showing faults of ruling parties instead of showing what they will do if elected.

STRONGLY BELIEVE THAT MANIFESTO OF ELECTED PARTY MUST BE TAKEN AS LEGAL DOCUMENT AND AFTER FOUR YEARS , AN INDEPENDENT AGENCY MUST AUDIT THE PROGRESS AND PUBLICLY DECLARE THE OUTCOME...

GOD GIVE US THAT FAITH AND STRENGTH SO THAT WE INDIAN BEHAVE AS UNITED AND PUT NATIONAL INTEREST FIRST.

In election time all parties and specially congress, SP , LEFT etc. remind BJP that in SADBHAVA PROGRAM at AHMEDABAD Modi refused to put on MUSLIM TOPI and thus he is ANTI MUSLIM. The fact is that in Gujarat in last ten years there is not a single communal riots. Does not this is an evidence that MODI is a CM that has given peace to all Communities ?

The congress Parliament candidate of Saharunpur who caught on camera to kill NAMO has been supported by Congress again ? Perhaps tomorrow Rahul will stage rally in support of Imran Masood. I REMIND CRICKET WORLD WHEN AZAHARUDIN WAS CAPTAIN OF INDIA TEAM AND AT BOMBAY THE TEAM WAS GIVEN SEE-OFF PARTY AND ALL PLAYERS HAD ACCEPTED RED-TIKKA ON THEIR FOREHEAD EXCEPT CAPTAIN AZZRUDIN. IF ANY TV CHANNEL HAS THAT RECORD PLAY IT AGAIN AND SHOW THE COUNTRY FACE OF THIS AZARUDIN - SEATING MP OF CONGRESS.

Was he not secular at that time ??? As an Indian and Hindu I had also severe anger on that kamina inssan.

To Gujarat CM everything is applicable and to congress candidate everything is excused. So called camouflaged secularism of Congress and been shown when Divijaysing supported BATALA ENCOUNTER as fake. amd now Imran Masud caught on camera. Some people say that it is the tap of six months before and not of any vital matter now ...!!!!!The double standard of congress party has been exposed many times before. The party is kidding with feelings of SC, ST, Minorities and now allowing Jain as minority. In more JAT Community has been allowed to give status of OBC..!!!!!

we all Indian and specially Gujaraties are very furious for such double standard politicians and non patriotic Muslims who support anti Indian activities such as IM outfits.

In free India all has freedom to put or to not put on topi. the way AZhar has not allowed to put TIKKA on his forehead . We do not believe in symbolic non secularism but in ace based Indian ism.

JAT community included for reservation.....Gurrjars are also fighting for such status.A day will come that unreserved community will have a shares that will b equal to reservation....and no community will be out of reservation...!!!!!!!

WE ALL COMMUNITIES ARE HAPPY AND FEEL PROUD TO BE DECLARED THEMSELVES  AS RESERVED AND TO AVAIL MINORITY STATUS......

iGate seeks damages from Phaneesh Murthy...(TOI 4-3-14 page no. 13)

The company has filed a complain against Mr. Murthy for not disclosing his relation with an employee of the company. Perhaps that may be the policy of the company. Here what astonished me is to declare in writing relationship ...!!!!! In fact all employees in any great company work as team and thus develop strong relationship. Dose it mean that it has to be declared ?????

Secondly there is no such a starting point that one can note the beginning of relationship.

Thirdly, Where is the freedom of relationship development remain if one has to make a document for the same ??

If any one compare developed countries and underdeveloped countries, one will find the striking difference is implementation of law. Developed countries are developed as the people of the countries are law abiding and all are equal in eyes of law( No body is above law). While in developing c...ountries like India , there are different implementation and interpretation of law. For VIP law will have different verdict and for common person different standard. The news of 40% out of jail of Sanjay Datt is also latest example to cite here. Law can be misused and can be titled by money power or muscle power. Raj Thakkare is another example to cite here. For him law is silent. Most of our MP and MLA are having criminal back ground. All political parties always issue statement " We have full faith in law and we never interfere in the judicial matter. But the fact is reserve. They have faith in that set of law which can be twisted in their favor. Lalu Prashad Yadav is out of jail and still runs his party. Though convicted still at large he is.
Where common man can approach for justice ?????? A million dollar question it is ..

Technology and teaching

Two News in today's news paper.

1. RBI Governor Shri. Raghuram has asked banks to allow Banks ATM to withdraw money from ATM even if the with drawer is not account holder. This will be possible due to Mobile technology. 

2. Smart phones and Tablets sell increased by more then 50% while PC market is declining.

Now a days mobile is not only instrument to communicate but it is a machine that keep you in tough with the world and it is an e-library, shopping mall,Bank account and money lender and what not ....!!!!!!!! It Mobile and smartphone and tablets are instruments packed with so many facilities that keep one abreast with latest technology ,knowledge, news and what not .....!!!!!!!

Why I am writing these all ???? Simply because if we do not know how to operate such instruments then we are treated as illiterate. Latest smart phone and tablets make you more powerful and more knowledgeable. The use of technology will make all transactions paper less and environmentally friendly. Use of technology will also reduce corruption and system will be more transparent.A student with no such instruments and technology will be considered of no use in near future. Indian IT industry is booming with so many projects that will emphasis the use of such technology and will create millions of job for young generation. In short we are hindering our students development if not encouraging use of such gadgets.

Now come to fact, at universities and colleges we do not allow use of mobiles and nabbed the instruments and ask to pay penalties for releasing such mobile. In some colleges one will see Notice Boards, on the main door mentioning not to use mobile in the campus. Thus demotivating and discouraging use of instruments and thus reducing chances of creating prominent jobs , for which university and colleges are made for.

More ironical is this , as at all commerce colleges , we are teaching Banking and Share Market and Mutual funds. Here use of such technology and up breast news can earn enormous profits or can reduce losses. We force our students to abstain from all these and make them handicapped by discouraging use of tablets and phones. Colleges and universities should teach the subjects that can give more jobs and create more advanced syllabus. But fact is different.

I know that many of us ( from teaching community) will severely criticize me but if we take this issue without bias all of us will agree that we are committing blunder by banning instruments in campus. The fact is that we our self do not match with latest technology. How we can criticize any one without knowing it ???????

BANANA DEMOCRACY

Indian people and their mentality is doubtful and not fit for democracy. The political parties are coming up with different destructive ideas that are not going to help us at all. Today AAP has declared that Delhi Govt, will help to people those who have not paid their electricity bills from Octobe-13 onward and the bills will be reduced by 50%. Maharashtra Congress leader has also asked to reduce the bill by 50% to Congress Govt.

Again now MNS come up with idea not to pay toll tax on tall booth. Arrested leader Raj Thakre has been released and was invited for dialogue..!!!!!! 

Free water up to 700 liters daily to citizens of Delhi will be distributed. 

Now Free water, roads and electricity is distributed tomorrow free food and free train travel will be demanded. Dose it make any sense??? 
Where we are leading ???
Do we behave as a responsible citizen of a country ??
All such parties are lead by ruffians and so cold mafias. Can we tolerate them any more ???

In this Parliament election do vote for a party that care for Country and for its responsible citizen. Not to the parties who are throwing away tax paid by people for their selfish political motives. GN.
