Indian Share Market boom - yet not over.

Share Market boom is on its height. Ordinary investors are making statements that now it is end of the road. Market will crash in short time. The arguments are done by those ordinary investors who are banking on the tips of others. They do not have their own research and analysis and they had invested on rumors in past and have burnt their fingers. Logically seeing this boom has just started. If take imitation from previous boom period -all stayed at least for two to three years. Current boom has started after BJP led govt. took the charge.

Secondly, previous booms were based on funds of FFI and other funds having sources from out of India.

Thirdly, Previous booms  smell end when all ordinary people started to give tips and all PANWALA,, LABOURS. TEACHERS, TICKET MASTERS and all others were talking about short cut to earn profit in short term. ( I have not find any of such symptoms yet , on the contrary regular investors are shirking and hesitating in investing in the market.

 Fourthly, Make in India and other policies started rooling now. Make in India is gathering momentum.

Fifthly, in previous boom, FIIs were in charge of all movements. FIIs could make and mar any company. All promoters and   company management were at FIIs mercy. Here situation is different, when DII (domestic investments institutions) are also financially sound and have financial muscles to hit back, (if FIIs start offloading their shares without any reasons. DII will absorb such huge off load with little or no impact on share prices.)

Another reason what I found very indicative , that stock  market is in long bool phase is, NYSE and NASDAQ  both give reasons and impact to lead Indian BSE and NSE .They have   just reached to their historical height , though NASDAQ has not reached to that level. I am sure that in 2001 boom NASDAQ was above 5000 mark and  still that has not reached in the stock exchange. The improvement in last 14 years and the growth of economy cannot be discounted. Putting together all the above reasons, give confidence to me and all other analysts that India has still huge chances to build its economy. There may be some hick up and bumpers on  road , but that can slow Indian economy for time being  but cannot stop developing...

Hapiness is within

The belief that money can buy everything and is cure of every sadness is wrong. What money can give is physical comfort , that is needed but not every time. In apizza shop ,a heart patient is watching every one enjoying pizza garnished with cheez, but cannot enjoyed it. A weak eye sight driver can not enjoy driving.
Enjoyment is within you. Audit your mind. Scan what give happiness to it. Some time, a smile and thanks of a beautiful girl can give the happiness that thousand rupees cannot buy. Or a help extended to a needy can give satisfaction even a five star hotel party cannot give. Playing with a kid can also give you experience of God. To fall in love and wait for the lover at promised time also give blessed pain. Money can not buy these all.

A RIFT IN AAM AADMI PARTY

After World Cup loss , media found another interesting topic- sting operation of Arvind Kejriwal. It is on air now and all channels are broad casting it and criticizing arvind for the phrases he has used in the conversation.
The outburst of Arvind Kejriwal in sting operation is natural. I do not think he should be degraded by any one as immature politician. A leader in one who take attacks of oppositions on himself and take the party to the top. That is what Kejrival has done. One can digest and react attack of opposition parties in politics as a leader of party, but when one's team members start attacking him then it becomes unbearable. The boat, in which the party was sailing is drilled by some senior members. The outburst is very natural and acceptable too. What I wish is that after all this lull and quarrel, the party must survive. Otherwise voters will start to believe that in Indian politics , one has to remain dishonest , corrupted and some blessings from big daddies of Politics.

It is my heart felt wish that the AAP must remain united and spread its wings in other states too. Arvind and other party members will look within and the deliberation will find solution...

Team India - Semi Final Loss on 26th March-2015.

The way Indian cricket fans reflected loss in semi final, shows that we are not still mature enough to call ourselves as citizen of a responsible nation. Game is game , what we learnt from it, is sportsman spirit. The way we behave , as we show Pakistan loss against Indian, shows that even in our social life we are not comfortable.
We started to blame Anuska Sharma for wicket of Virat..!!!!!! What a stupid arguments we have.? She was there to inspire Virat and team India and how she is responsible for the defeat ?

A nation's happiness index is consist of mature behaviour of People. Our belief that we are tuning toward a mature and responsible nation has taken a serious setback with violent reactions.We behave as DOG as fan to our cricketers as when we love them we leak them and when we hate them we bite them.Both situation is not admired by our cricketers.

I remembered 1991 world ,Australia- NZ were hosts. NZ team was one of the hot favorite to become Champion at that time also, but an Inning of Inzumam ul Haq turned the table and NZ loss the semi final. After loss of the match entire NZ team came on ground and thanks the crowd for their support and spectators also gave standing ovation to the team.That is maturity as fan and as nation.

I salute Team India for their heroic performance and hope that our people will also become mature enough to be considered our nation as responsible by the world. 

VALENTINE DAY - 14th feb-2015.

Dear Friends,

What is this day for ? Is there any specially for the day. I wish that each and every day should be valentine day for my students. If any one performs, ones duty with all grace and sincerity,than the day is valentine day for him. I wish that all of us should take care of our own family, friends, society and to build up in the manner our nation at last...

What Arvind Kejrival has shown to his Delhitiens, is that he loves Delhi the most and thus for him all Delhi people are valentine for him. How much he will deliver for them will show the determination and working style of Mr. Kejrival. For an average Indian, he is hero and as an Indian I wish he must success ed in his efforts. His success will open a new chapter in life of average Indian. His success will roll on new political system for India. Finally his success will lead people to believe that honesty and sincerely some time pay in short term too....( Not always in long term as the saying goes in English)

Lesson for Political parties from Delhi Election -2015.

1. Never think that People will take you lightly and forgive and forget your blunder.
2. Whatever is your party's experience and age , performance does matter and not goodwill.
3. While BJP bow before RAM RAHIM- SACCHA SAUDA FAME-( By accepting support) , AAP refuse to accept support of Shahi Imam and made public statement in media humbly why the party is not ready to take the support.
4. While working sincerely if you make mistake , people will forgive you,as in case of Kejrival. He accepted his mistake by resigning within 50 days and beg pardon for accepting support of Congress.
5. Always accept opposition's importance,although their may be no legitimate opposition in public verdict. (APP Delhi Election -2015 for BJP) and 2014 Lock Shabha Election- BJP refused to give opposition status to Congress) Two opposite case..

6. If public wishes and committed, huge resources, an Army of workers and fake promises can not make any dent in psyche of public.

7. Election is not one time event but responsibilities and accountability continues even after that , through performance as ruling party or as watch dog as opposition. ( Congress failed on both front and hence Zero seat. A very serious lesson for BJP ) .

8. Kejriwal has twited that he is feared of such a big mejority shows his seriousness about the agenda he has to fulfill,
8. Public has reached to Zero Tolerance to corruption, slow progress in Public work and security for women....
